DADo (design | architecture | docos) Film Society, a not-for-profit organisation at the Robin Boyd Foundation dedicated to screening documentaries and films on architecture, design and urbanism, has kicked off its inaugural season. From April through to November 2013, DADo will screen 11 films across 8 sessions, focusing on the theme of Modernism. Guest speakers will present at each session, with opportunity for audience discussion.

The films are screening once a month on a Wednesday evening (doors open 6.30pm; 7pm start), at the Robin Boyd Foundation: 290 Walsh Street, South Yarra.

The next session is on Wednesday 15 May and will feature 4 Australian short films: Melbhattan, Straight and True, Hawkes House, and Your House and Mine. The filmmakers, Oslo Davis, Naomi Bishops, Richard Raber and Peter McIntyre, will be guest speakers on the night.

DADo founders are Siew-Fung Then, Fooi-Ling Khoo of Oof! Architecture and Vincent Chan Kun Wa of VCKW.
